Professional estate collection and management assures that obligations are fulfilled and heirs receive property as intended and permitted by law.


 

ESTATE PLANNING:  Preparation of wills and trusts for individuals and couples. Simple to complex.

ELDER ISSUES


Providing individualized services to aid with planning, asset protection, personal care, financial assistance, nursing care issues, and other matters.

 

PROVIDING FOR WELL-BEING:  Assisting individuals arranging for proper care and safety.  Establishing means for providing for daily needs and protection.
 

PROTECTION OF ASSETS:  Protecting and reclaiming property.  Changing beneficiaries and ownership of insurance and other property, securing accountings from fiduciaries and others managing assets, securing money and property wrongfully taken whether by misappropriation or error, dividing real estate and other property, planning for gifts to charities and individuals, planning for medical care, revoking powers of attorney, and other steps.

 

GUARDIANSHIP ALTERNATIVES:  Working with individuals and families to establish alternative ways of providing safety and care, where appropriate.

   

LIFE PLANNING TRUSTS:  Services establishing and administering trusts for protection of assets, planning for care and distribution of property, providing for special needs, and dealing with other disability issues.

 

 

GUARDIANSHIP/CONSERVATORSHIP

Providing services involving Guardianship or Conservatorship. Appointment proceedings, termination, modification, and other issues.
  

Where an individual has a limited ability to handle his/her affairs, Guardian or Conservator appointment can often provide the help a person needs. This court process provides a needed level of protection and oversight.

 

Guardianship or Conservatorship is especially important for elderly, infirm, or disabled individuals and persons who have no trustworthy individual to rely upon for care.  In some instances, a Guardian or Conservator may be appointed for a minor.
